All our tools are created on Microsoft’s platform PowerBI. This means frictionless integration with Office 365 and dynamic and interactive reporting. With this you can get selected data by clicking on a bar in the chart and in this way only showing the data that fulfils your requirements. Below you find an example of the tool we have created – try it yourself!

How do I use the tool?

The first row gives an overview of KPIs and the possibility to follow up actual performance against quarterly goals. Thereafter, you have the possibility to get the distribution of properties, tenants, rental expiry calendar, type of premises, unit sizes, rental levels, and vacancy risks in your portfolio. You can further on choose to limit your sample by clicking on desired parameter i.e. a specific property or a tenant.

Get an overview of your property portfolio and the possibility to interactively deep dive into parts of it, for instance a specific property or a specific year in your lease expiry calendar.

Try to…

Select a starting point by clicking on i.e. property, tenant, segment – all other figures will adjust accordingly. Hold the ctrl + click to select several points.

How do I use the tool?

The report provides an overview of your portfolio in a city/street view versus other geographical areas. On the ‘map view’ you find the development of retail sales, footfall for specific stores compared to the city or streets (colored). Select a street to limit the comparisons. Macro indicators visualizes the sales development of the city over time and regions.

Try to…

Select a street on the list, on the left-hand side of the map. Experience how the sample changes!

How do I use the tool?

Use the controls and graphs to limit the sample of premises that are relevant for your search. The list and map on the left-hand side will adjust accordingly and present your sample and KPIs.

Helps you to…

Identify premises that matches your leasing criteria. Get an overview of available or upcoming units for your prospective leads in selected areas in your portfolio.   Få en överskådlig ild av lokaler i utvalt område.

Try to…

Click on the bar ‘2020’ in the lease expiry calendar to retrieve instant information about which units and contracts that are up for expiry. Experience how the list and map adjust accordingly!
